By purchasing or accessing any digital course, lesson package, tutorial, webinar, seminar, or educational programme (“Programme”), you (“Participant”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1.2 Programmes are designed to support learning in areas such as leadership development, communication, organisational understanding, personal discipline, and professional growth.

1.3 All services provided by the Company are educational in nature.

1.4 The Company does not provide professional advisory services, consultancy, or regulated services.

1.5 Participation in a Programme does not create any advisory, employment, partnership, or professional relationship between the Participant and the Company.

2.1 Access to a Programme is granted once the applicable fee has been successfully paid.

2.2 Programme access may include digital materials such as:

• recorded lessons
• written educational content
• webinar sessions
• educational presentations
• discussion forums

2.3 Programme content is provided through digital delivery and may require internet access and compatible devices.

3.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old to purchase and access any Programme.

3.2 By enrolling, Participants confirm that they have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4.1 Programme prices are displayed clearly at the point of purchase.

4.2 All payments must be made in advance before Programme access is granted.

4.3 Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment service providers.

4.4 The Company does not store payment card information.

4.5 The Company reserves the right to update Programme pricing for future purchases.

5.1 Due to the digital nature of the Programme, access is generally non-refundable once the Programme has been accessed, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

5.2 Participants who have not accessed the Programme may contact the Company regarding cancellation requests within a reasonable period after purchase.

5.3 Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

6.1 All Programme content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

6.2 The Company does not provide professional advice of any kind.

6.3 Participants remain solely responsible for their personal or professional decisions and actions.

6.4 The Company makes no guarantees regarding personal development outcomes or professional results.

7.1 All Programme content, including course materials, presentations, videos, documents, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Empowering Forum Ltd.

7.2 Participants receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access Programme materials for personal educational use.

7.3 Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Programme materials without written permission.

Participants agree to behave respectfully in all educational environments, including online discussions and live sessions.

The Company may suspend or terminate access if Participants engage in:

• harassment or abusive behaviour
• disruption of learning sessions
• unlawful activity
• misuse of Programme materials.

9.1 The Company’s liability in relation to any Programme shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Participant for that Programme.

9.2 The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including:

• loss of opportunity
• loss of business
• loss of reputation
• reliance on educational content.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

10.1 The Company aims to maintain reliable access to digital learning materials.

10.2 However, the Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• internet outages
• technical maintenance
• platform updates
• external system failures.

11.1 The Company processes personal data in accordance with:

• UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
• Data Protection Act 2018

11.2 Personal data is used solely for Programme administration and communication with Participants.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or improve Programme content at any time in order to maintain educational quality.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including technical failures, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

The Company may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms apply to future Programme purchases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
